We are currently seeking an experienced Workday Integration engineer within the PayPal Technology organization for supporting HR/Payroll Workday.
The ideal candidate is an experienced technical engineer with strong knowledge of Workday Studio based integrations, EIB, and core connectors development experience. The Engineer is responsible for development of Workday integrations and support HR/Payroll application as needed.
5+ years of Workday HCM integration or implementation or support experience
Should be able to create detailed system integration specifications, field mapping, and system process designs
Experience with Java or equivalent programming skill(s) is preferred
Support experience with Core HR, Compensation modules, etc. and Business Processes is preferred
Exposure to Cloud Connectors, EIB, DT’s, XML/ XSLT and Workday Studio custom integrations is desirable
Ability to help resolve integration issues requiring expertise in the Workday solution
Strong understanding of SDLC amd SaaS solution
Java development skill set is a plus
Good communication skills; self-motivated and a self-starter with a “Can do” attitude
High degree of professional confidence and credibility with effective presence
Strong problem solving skillsadvocate a course of action, and pursue it consistently
