" Align P2P priorities on EMEA level with your counterparts in UK and CEMEA
" Lead cross functional working group for P2P DEATCH with Consumer Marketing, Product Marketing and Project Managers
" Sync with broader cross-functional consumer team to align P2P and other consumer related acquisition as well as engagement measures
" Report P2P progress and strategy update to PayPal DEATCH Management Team
" Present strategy and asks to senior executives on EMEA or global level
" Talk to merchants to enable P2P payments in relevant use cases
Reporting to the Director Consumer Growth DEATCH you are responsible for scaling our existing P2P Payments business and ensure future growth with strategic initiatives.
As Senior Manager P2P Payments DEATCH you will be part of the DEATCH consumer growth leadership team that is responsible for strengthening our footprint in the consumer base by acquiring new consumers as well as increasing engagement of our existing consumers by establishing new value propositions in the market.
Person-to-Person Payments (P2P) via web browsers or mobile apps are part of PayPal’s DNA and today one of the main reasons for consumers to use PayPal. Smartphone penetration and other technology trends led to strong growth rates in the P2P market. PayPal will continue to drive this development with innovative ideas and solutions.
As part of the Commercial Growth Team, the P2P EMEA team translates global P2P strategy into local activities such as Marketing, Product go-to-market, Pricing and Customer Service, based on a sound understanding of the local P2P consumer preferences, competition and regulation..
Key tasks include
Lead operational and strategic projects on EMEA level like regulation response, competition response, upsell and monetization, End2End P2P experience (Funds-in/Funds-out)
Expand our consumer value proposition for P2P by exploring, piloting, launching and scaling new value propositions to grow the business further.
Lead a cross-functional team in close collaboration with the key stakeholders of the other consumer facing team, mainly PMM/product, Payments, Marketing, Consumer Risk, Customer Service and Consumer Analytics as well as EMEA and global stakeholders.
The main target is to improve the following KPIs: grow #active P2P users, drive #new consumers through P2P product, increase customer value by optimizing upsell and monetization
