PayPal for Partners seeks a Product Manager in our Partner Payments team. As a member of this team you will have a 360 degree view into the customer lifecycle, from understanding customer needs via direct interaction, working closely with internal stakeholders including Risk and Compliance, to delivering product to the customer while closely monitoring integration and post-integration metrics. Putting the needs of the customer at the forefront while exhibiting a detailed, data-driven characteristics and ensuring execution success are key to this role.

  • Ability to understand customer needs by segment and translate them to product roadmap and requirements

  • Strategic thinking and ability to lead a domain and define the product roadmap to meet business goals

  • Knowledgeable and deep experience in technology especially expertise in Apis and platform thinking

  • Experience in working on Agile methodology and strive for operational excellence in leading multiple scrum teams to ensure timely delivery of product features.
