Our Talent Partner positions are high-impact roles with responsibility for sourcing, assessing and delivering top talent to the business. The Technical Recruiter captures key intelligence from each candidate interaction to allow for optimal pipeline development. Additionally, this role leverages market data and talent acquisition expertise to educate hiring managers and the HR team resulting in high quality hiring decisions. In this role, you will own the candidate experience by acting as a company ambassador to internal and external candidates.
Talent Partner will have to fill critical positions in some of the tightest technical markets with the lowest unemployment rates. We need Talent Partners who knows how to network, tap into various Sourcing channels, Social media and understands that sometimes recruiting talent means innovative approach and being able to find new ways to attract the right candidate.

5+ year’s experience in a combination of high-level corporate and agency recruitment in the software technology space
Solid understanding of recruiting techniques
Excellent customer focus with the desire and ability to partner with HR colleagues and hiring managers “ Customer centricity”
Demonstrated subject matter expertise in utilizing creative sourcing channels and social media networks
Proven experience successfully leading technical searches
Strong communication skills, including ability to clearly articulate information and ideas verbally and in writing; ability to communicate effectively to impact and influence decision making
Proven experience in providing quality candidates at all levels of the organization with a focus on sustained pipeline development
Proven sales aptitude with demonstrated ability to create compelling interest in both the position opportunity as well as the candidate
Sourcing. Uncover passive and active candidates through data mining and networking
Understand Market Trends. Stay up-to-date with market intelligence and the latest sourcing strategies to drive business results
Proven Fundamentals: Identify, screen, and pre-qualify candidates for multiple verticals including Software Development, Information Technology, and Professional Services roles utilizing behaviour-based interviewing techniques
