The BT EMEA European Sales role will be targeting merchants across Europe. This will put you at the centre of the online and mobile commerce revolution. Our customers love our full-stack payments platform and world-class customer support. We are working hard to become the “iOS of payments” by moving payments to the cloud and delivering high complexity and sophistication in a simplified package. Testimony to our success is PayPal’s acquisition of us for $800m in Q4 2013.
We are quickly expanding our presence into Europe. Your role will be a Sales 100% “hunter” role building strong relationships across Europe. You will sell our payment suite to upper mid-market and enterprise merchants (defined as merchants will Annualised Card Turnover of €10,000,000 and up). You will ideally have experience in the payments space (with a track record to prove it), as well as deep understanding and experience in e-commerce coupled with an unrivalled ability to go after and close targeted accounts. You will join an elite team that maintains an outbound pipeline for new revenue growth while leveraging Braintree’s solid reputation and solutions. As a high-level performer you will create genuine connections with some of the most impressive merchants and technology first fast growth companies in the world.

What you’ll do:
Close targeted companies systematically in an efficient and tracked manner.
Help find and evangelize online and mobile payments to the next wave of high growth start-ups and existing merchants.
Forge happy client partnerships and do whatever it takes to make these partnerships successful.
Travel as required to be the “face of Braintree,” creating relationships that last for years to come.
Work toward overachieving on a designated sales quota specific to your book of business.
Report to the Head of Sales EMEA, and execute according to their strategy/direction.
