We are seeking a highly motivated Risk Analytics Associate Manager, with a positive attitude and a desire to lead talented Risk Analysts in preventing online fraud, money-laundering and terrorist financing in a high energy, fast paced, ever evolving atmosphere. The position will be in our Guatemala City office.

  • Provides direct supervision to talented Risk Analysts

  • Mentors and coaches team members; demonstrates best practices, educates others in her/his area of expertise and leads cross-functional teams to complete a project

  • Clear subject matter expert of Xoom Risk Analytics and Operations

  • Works independently and proficiently on multiple assignments simultaneously with speed and quality

  • Lead projects focused on risk mitigation and risk operational efficiency.

  • Collaborates across teams to meet their project goals, resolve any issues, and to implement improvement

  • Ready to roll their sleeves to conduct deep dive analysis when needed.
