We are seeking a highly motivated Risk Analyst, with a good attitude and a desire to prevent online fraud, be an advocate of quality by focusing on customer experience and process improvement and ensuring high quality standards provided on all business interactions.

  • Monitor calls, review screened transactions, and be able to ensure customers get the best service while following procedures to mitigate risks.

  • Create fun supplemental learning materials to address opportunities found in agent development and training.

  • Provide a thought through recommendations on process improvements.

  • Ensure alignment with contact centers by conducting calibrations and strive for zero variance on quality approach as well as process understanding.

  • Help manage the knowledge base system for Risk Ops QA and make sure we have the most updated information.

  • Collaborate with different Operations team and ensure feedback loop.

  • Others analytical duties as assigned
