PayPal Credit is looking for an Executive Assistant to support 2 VPs and 1 Director and their global teams in a fast paced, constantly changing environment. At PayPal, we put people at the center of everything we do. PayPal gives people better ways to connect to their money and to each other, helping them safely access and move their money and offering a choice of how they would like to pay or be paid. Last year we processed 4 billion payments, of which 1 billion were made on mobile devices.
•Heavy calendar management and complex space planning
•Make complex travel arrangements expeditiously and accurately
•Prepare & track expense reports, purchase orders and contracts
•Project manage all logistics for team meetings, off-sites and events
•Anticipate needs and take initiative to solve problems independently
•Identify opportunities to make the team more efficient
•Follow up on action items on behalf of the executives
•Provide effective and expeditious meeting coordination including agendas, notes and follow-up
•Establish, schedule and support the team’s management operating routines including staff meetings and leadership off sites
•Handle special projects as they arise
•Proven ability to independently exercise sound judgment and take initiative
•Capable of building strong relationships with other individuals and departments in order to accomplish tasks and achieve goals.
•Strong team player within the EA PayPal Credit team.
•The ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment with little supervision
•Outstanding planning & organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail
•High degree of flexibility and adaptability
•Respect for confidentiality and discretion to properly handle sensitive information
•Ability to confidently interface with executive-level contacts inside and outside the company
•A “can-do” attitude that focuses on getting the job done with politeness and good cheer
•Strong ability to prioritize, multi-task and work with different time zones
•8+ years relevant work experience supporting at the SVP or VP level in a complex and dynamic environment
Additional Job Description

•Effective verbal and written English communication skills
•Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent, preferred
