We are looking for a highly motivated Financial Analyst to join PayPal Global Consumer Product FP&A team.

PayPal Global Consumer Product include P2P, Consumer Financial Services and consumer experiences on PayPal website, mobile app and other products. You will work closely with senior management and product development teams in Global Consumer Product.


  • Provide financial planning and analysis, including budgeting and forecasting to help assess and guide business decisions.

  • Define, track and analyze key business and financial metrics for products and experiences in the Global Consumer Product portfolio.

  • Develop and consolidate product P&L for Global Consumer Product; compare and analyze actual results against plans and forecasts; monitor variances; identify trends and recommend changes to the leadership.

  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and ad-hoc reporting for the leadership, business stakeholders and Corporate Finance

  • Collaborate with Finance and Product Analytics teams to perform financial modeling and analysis for strategic and growth initiatives

  • Manage headcount and operating expenses budgeting, forecasting and reporting


  • 3-5 years of related experience in finance, consulting or related areas

  • Bachelor’s degree from top-tier institution preferred

  • Experience in high growth / payment industry preferred

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, SAP and Essbase

  • Experience with SQL, Tableau and PEAK a plus

Additional requirements:

  • Highly accountable, with ability to independently lead and coordinate complex projects across multiple subject areas

  • Must be proactive, resourceful, and demonstrate intellectual curiosity to anticipate business needs

  • Exhibit the highest standards of integrity and be pleasant & fun to work with.

EDUCATION: Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting or related field
