Within the Merchant organization, we are focused on building long-term, multi-product relationships with our merchant partners. We do this by enabling them to run and grow their businesses globally, improving the customer experience, introducing optimizations and designing innovative solutions for merchants and partners.
We’re looking for people who share this vision to join the Merchant Business Operations team.
This is a small team of people who are nimble, creative and driven. We’re excited to solve puzzles, energized by obstacles, fascinated by people, and fearless when it comes to trying new ways of working. As a member of the Merchant Biz Ops team, you would partner with others to support the team’s key responsibilities:
Supporting and enhancing cross-functional collaboration by facilitating conversation, building relationships (and along with that, consensus), while maintaining a holistic view and continued alignment across the organization.
Establishing and leading business operating cadence/rhythms, always looking for ways to improve and streamline with an eye on increasing productivity and team engagement.
Identifying and implementing exciting new initiatives (develop, champion, and launch).
Acting and operating as an internal consultant, working directly with multiple stakeholders, management, and various teams to optimize team performance.
Acting as Project Managers and taking ownership of specific/key projects/ programs. (Full cycle: business case, scope, cost, schedule, action cycles, risks, issues, decisions, interdependencies and milestones.)
Implementing and maintaining resource management system to effectively manage resource utilization.
Maintaining harmony and ensure shared responsibility of business objectives with focus on team development and employee career growth.
Partnering with leaders within Merchant on recruiting operations and new employee onboarding and training programs.
Collaborating on the continued development of meaningful training and growth opportunities.
Creating, managing and maintaining specific communications and cadence for All Hands meetings, team meetings, and ongoing communications.
Developing strategic change and drive change management and business transformation efforts.

BS or equivalent work experience
2+ years’ experience in at least one of the areas - Strategy, Operations, Program Management or Project management
Demonstrated execution excellence (2+ years) in driving large scale programs/ projects that have multiple dependencies
Strong working knowledge of external systems, PC based internet and software applications (Internet, Microsoft Office - Powerpoint, Word, Excel)
Working knowledge of analytics tools and applications (Excel, Tableau, SQL or similar)
