Job Title: Partner Engagement Manager
Global Professional Services Team is seeking someone who must be self-motivated and have proven experience influencing, communicating and interacting effectively across all levels of the company, from individual business unit managers to executive management. He or she should have proven ability to build relationships/partnerships and work cross-functionally to drive key decisions and time sensitive deliverables.
Work across multiple internal organization including Sales, Engineering, Marketing and Professional Services
Work across multiple external key partners and their constituents of system integrators and merchants
Work from conception, proof of concept, implementation and then full go-to-market including 3rd party companies and marketing agencies
Track financial spend, deliverables and revenue associated with assigned projects
Manage multiple concurrent but related projects and roll up results for management consumption
Analyze and communicate key insights for existing projects to internal and external stakeholders.
Communicate business findings and strategic recommendations to senior management.
Manage across multiple stakeholders, objectives, and competing priorities to help drive informed decisions
4+ years of project management or equivalent experience that crosses both technical and business stakeholders
Technical background and relevant experience
Solid understanding of ecommerce shopping platforms
Experience with merchant centric statistical analysis such as conversion rates and average order value
Ability to identify and pursue new improvement opportunities in line with business plans
Presentation skills with the ability to interact with technical and non-technical groups.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to influence cross-functional teams. Demonstrated ability to effectively establish and maintain working relationships with all levels of the organization
Experience working remote cross functional teams
Ability to work independently and make data driven judgement calls
