Seasoned program manager to take ownership of complex and critical programs related to how PayPal's products operate to deliver great customer experiences while keeping up compliant with regulations in 200+ markets.

We are currently seeking a Program Manager to drive significant complex programs within PayPal. Responsibilities will include scope, planning, communication, risk management, program & project management for one or more projects or programs within the PayPal organization. The program manager will be active across all phases of project delivery from definition to deployment. Programs can span multiple teams, projects, geographic locations, time zones, deliverables, and involve complex technologies.

The right candidate will have a good understanding of technology, business, program management, project management, change management, and organizational dynamics.
