Online Payment, the core payment businesses at PayPal, is looking for a talented, ambitious and self-motivated product manager to own and drive the Checkout products with a focus on creating world-class consumer experiences. Responsibilities

  • Lead the ideation, technical development, and launch of innovative products

  • Shared vision across the company, build consensus on priorities leading to product execution

  • Develop new products and enhance existing products.

  • Drive product development with a team of world-class engineers and designers

  • Integrate usability studies, research and market analysis into product requirements to enhance user satisfaction

  • Identify market opportunities. Define and analyze metrics that inform the success of products.

  • Understand PayPal’s Checkout’s strategic and competitive position and deliver products that are recognized best in the industry

  • Maximize efficiency in a constantly evolving environment where the process is fluid and creative solutions are the norm

Qualifications

  • 4 years of product management

  • Organizational and analytical skills

  • 5+ years experience developing Internet products and technologies. .

  • BS/BA

  • Demonstrated ability to achieve strategic goals in an innovative and fast-paced environment, and to evolve product strategy based on research, data and industry trends; excellent problem-solving, organizational and analytical skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience developing consumer experience products

  • MBA Preferred but not required if strong track record of Product Management experience.

  • Payments Industry Experience
